CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
The Scientific Committee invites you to submit and abstract to the Balcone 2022.
Abstract submission deadline is 5 March 2022
Abstracts must be submitted via online form following BALCONE 2022 abstract guidelines
By submitting an abstract, the author(s) consent to present the work in-person at the Congress
Scientific Committee will evaluate submitted abstracts by 20 March. Oral presentations are selected by topics and the program schedule availabilities.
When abstract is accepted by the Scientific Committee, the presenting author must have valid registration for the Congress by 27 March 2022
ABSTRACT FORMAT AND CONTENT:
An official BALCONE 2022 abstract template must be used for formatting the abstract in Microsoft Word that must be uploaded via online form.
Abstract language: English
Title: In UPPERCASE letters, maximum of 20 words.
Author(s): Full names of the author(s), affiliations (including countries)
Main text: Maximum 300 words, including the introduction of the topic; description of methods, main results and conclusions in regular writing style.
NB! Please double-check the information before submitting the abstract - especially the grammar and the names and affiliations of author(s), as the content will be published in the Conference proceedings as submitted.
STEPS FOR SUMBITTING AN ABSTRACT:
1. Download the BALCONE2022 abstract template
2. Save your abstract in MS Office Word format in your computer
3. Fill in the abstract submission form and upload your abstract file
By submitting an abstract, the authors certify that they have read and agree to the following terms:
The presenting authors are authorized by their co-authors to enter into these arrangements.
The work does not contain content that is unlawful, abusive or constitutes a breach of contract or of confidence or of commitment given to secrecy.
The authors warrant that they have the right to reproduce any material that has already been published or copyrighted elsewhere.
By submitting the abstract the authors are asked to agree or decline to publish the abstract in the Conference abstract book and on the event website. Authors retain the copyright of the abstract.
